OneStopAccessibility

Accessibility at OneStop

OneStop is for everyone in the neighborhood. We are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our website and products. This work is ongoing, and we test important journeys and fix barriers as we find them.

What we consider

As we build and review OneStop, we consider:

  • keyboard navigation and visible focus
  • screen readers, landmarks, and heading structure
  • color contrast and readable text
  • text alternatives for meaningful images
  • labels, instructions, and validation for forms
  • reduced-motion preferences and responsive layouts

Need help or found a barrier?

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help using OneStop, email [email protected]. Tell us which page or task caused a problem and what you were trying to do. We will review the issue and work to provide an accessible alternative.
